Hidden Kits
I set teh apropriate global to disable deducting experience points on rest, yet it still does it. Checked the relative save games in shadow keeper and it indeed appears set to 1 correctly yet the deduction still occurs for the NPC's that have unlocked their hidden kits.
This persisted throughout the active game from the load previous to the Kit unlocking, but behaved as it should the next time a reload occurred.
