The ring of Gaxx is in 3rd ed. Its in the Epic Level Handbook. You roll 1d10 to dtermine which power you get, each one lasting a day before you roll again.
1. Immune to disease
2. Need no air to survive
3. +5 Natural Armor bonus
4. Low-light vision
5. Fast Healing 1
6. Fly at will
7. Cold res. 30
8. Freedom of Movement
9. +5 resistance bonus to saves
10. You may select which facet is active.
You can, as a full round action make DC 50 Concentration Check to change the facet. Attempting to do so deals 2d6 points of subdual. If the ring is removed, it deals 2d6 points of subdual every minute until it is replaced or it knocks you out, but it resumes once you regain conciousness.

Slavery is used by the Aboleths, Drow, Illithid, ect. It is legal in Luskan, and some of the Uthgardt tribes, but some honor-debt too. Slaves make up at lest 70% of the population in Thay, and Mullhorand, the country with about 3 evil gods and at lest 10 good aligned ones 
(LG gods-hypocrites) sanctions slavery. It also happens in Unther, and most of the captives from Unther become temple slaves in Mulhorand. It happens in various islands too. Most realms are slave free, but the ones that use it use it pretty heavily.

It depends on the rules. If they could use Epic stuff, like Mystra using Epic spells, she would win. If it was just physical, maybe with domain powers, Bahmut or Tempos would win. And yes Bahamut is weaker, but he could fly up and breathe on his opponent :gun: Bane could try, but Tempos or Bahamut in purely physical, the elemental deitys would give everyone a run for their money, but if magic, especially Epic magic is used Mystra would win. SHe is the only one who could use arcane and divine Epic Spells.

WHy dosen't somebody make some NPC conversions from PS:T to BGII. There is an avatar for morte (Kangaxx), and I think you can get 2 or so at SOrcerer's Place, but not Anah, Grace, Dak'kon. I have no capability to do this but if someone else would...
