I'm attempting to play through the Petsy Chattertone romance in TOB but I can't get past the second love talk in it because any option I choose causes the game to crash. Please help

I'm having an issue with saving Fade. I got to the part where I've defeated the red dragon but he does not drop any tooth or claw? I've done her romance before and it worked fine, but I updated and am now doing the version with the TOB content and now I can't make it past this point? Help please lol.
