Install the LStest mod and load the save, note down the script it says fires every time anomen stops and open that file with Near Infinity, and print the scripts portion that the tool indicates, as the text that shown in the game is in the script portion. After which you should uninstall the mod, then remove the faulty portion of the script and load the save you made before you began to diagnoze the problem.

Holy computer lingo, Batman!  Wow, that's a lot of techy techy stuff.  Maybe I'll just uninstall all mods and then play with Anomen....       

Kidding aside, I appreciate the answer.  Seems like a lot of work, including downloading and installing the LStest and Near Infinity, so it'll probably wait until I'm really bored someday and have the time to jump through the hoops.  Thanks again for helping out. 

I know this is a listed issue and yes, I have read the post by Jastey regarding this.  I don't believe that either of her issues are mine, though I do believe the issue is the same.  No, I am not sure that IEP is the culprit, but this is a good place to start. 

Issue:  After spending the night with Anomen and receiving the talk in the morning, Anomen only walks a few steps and stops every time I move.  I *do* have a multi-romance in my weidu (posted below), but it is through Gavin's romance, not the mod in Jastey's post.  

It seems like when I last played BG2 years ago, the trouble was with Viconia's .bcs or .dlg file and I opened it in a spreadsheet and edited 2 lines and then it was fixed.  However I fixed it, I did not write it down and now I can't remember what exactly I had to do.  Since I'm on a new computer, playing BG2EE, I don't have that fix anymore and the stutter is back.

Is there a solution for this stutter that works in that way or am I remembering wrong?  Keep in mind, I know just enough about this stuff to really wreck havoc if left on my own, so I was following someone else's solution and not completely sure what I was doing.  I am positive that the viconia dialogue was the culprit.  I updated the Extended Banters to the newest version to see if that would fix the issue, but it did not, which is why I'm not sure that this mod is the problem.  Any clues?
