#204720 pls help me

4. Puzzle Shrine, Vivec Puzzle, Level 3
This is one of the three shrines in Vivec and its entrance can be found on on Level 3 of the Puzzle Canal in Vivec's Palace Canton (in the center of the level in the tunnel). Once inside you will find a shrine that will only give you the cryptic message of Breathe the Waters if His Glory and the Way is Made Clear. What you have to do is drown yourself in the water to reveal the true shrine. Once your health drops to a certain level, you will black out for a second and be healed.
Cross the bridge to the revealed area and talk to the Dremora Krazzt at the top of the stairs beside the shrine. Give him a Silver Longsword (get one from the chest if you don't have one). You can now activate the shrine and receive a day long Swift Swimming and Water Breathing (though I didn't receive any spells until I activated the shrine several times).

Simple ;)

#203958 PST for a female Nameless One

Posted by Sol on 08 May 2005 - 11:50 AM in Planescape: Torment

Thats crap. Being drunk is half the fun :thumb:

Though not with absinthe horrible, once you've drank that, you can drink anything, no matter the taste. I used to hate guiness, after getting drunk on absinthe (80% so not to many shots) I love guiness now

Come on Absinthe is quality, real proper liquor :)

#203367 What can change the nature of man?

Posted by Sol on 04 May 2005 - 04:01 AM in Planescape: Torment

I said nothing, because that's what I believe. Nothing can change someone's nature, because you can't change what someone is.

#199913 KOTOR 3 screenshots!!!

Posted by Sol on 13 April 2005 - 05:17 AM in KotOR Series

Very cute little Lego characters. But since I'm not 8 anymore and still have a life I think I'll pass :P

#197604 WHEN KOTOR3?

Posted by Sol on 03 April 2005 - 12:44 AM in KotOR Series

Let's hope they put some more effort into it and don't make you fight toys at the end again.

#197603 Ending Sucks

Posted by Sol on 03 April 2005 - 12:39 AM in KotOR Series

I only played it out once. But why would you wanna replay it 2 times for such a sucky ending..? It makes the whole experience a bit pointless imo.

View Post

After finishing LS, I wanted to see if the DS ending was better so I replayed. After finishing the DS ending which sucks even more, I thought I might have miss out something the first time I played LS, so I was back to play it though once more and again the ending sucks.

So either way, I'm not getting any satisfaction.

Those floating sabers are just pathetic, they remind me of the Swords of Never in NWN.

#197013 what you expect to se in the third game?

Posted by Sol on 31 March 2005 - 06:04 AM in KotOR Series

1. More romances
2. Higher difficulty (a lot please)
3. More tactical battles that require at least a bit of thinking
4. A great story

#197009 What PS Faction Would You Belong To?

Posted by Sol on 31 March 2005 - 05:56 AM in Planescape: Torment

Doomguard. Your faction believes that Entropy is the ultimate goal of the universe, so why not help it along? Destruction is sublime.

I guess I'm evil  :D

#196824 BGIII

Posted by Sol on 30 March 2005 - 07:52 AM in Baldur's Gate Series

I think it's stupid to make a prequel. A large part of the story in the Time of Troubles is already revealed in BG1, BG2 and ToB.

#195825 Fallen Anomen

Posted by Sol on 26 March 2005 - 09:57 AM in IE Mod Ideas

Matron Despana is but one Matron Mother of Ust Natha. One! And as far as I remeber her House is not even the First House of Ust Natha. Solaufein is allied with one of the other Houses and from what he says it is probably with one higher in hierarchy, than Despana. But, being a meager male, his allegiance to PC is nothing in a drow city where the power rests with female priesthood of Lolth. Males can never be leaders in traditional drow society, they are kill-at-awhim dirt beneath females' feet. Solaufein only lives by the graces of whatever high-ranking female who took him in after Phaere, lol :)

And why didn't anyone tell me that? :P

Something must be wrong when I don't know this after having finished the game about 36 times.

#195814 Can I take your BG2 playing order please?

Posted by Sol on 26 March 2005 - 08:32 AM in Chrysta

I'd take #2, I do everything I can before going to Spellhold. I don't like waiting :D

#195813 Fallen Anomen

Posted by Sol on 26 March 2005 - 08:30 AM in IE Mod Ideas

Then again, after killing the Matron Mother and Phaere, and Solaufein being on your side or dead, you've pretty much eradicated all leadership and real power from the city, so it's considerably weakened.

#195784 Fallen Anomen

Posted by Sol on 26 March 2005 - 06:08 AM in IE Mod Ideas

6 people can slain Ust Natha.

And THAT is as much of a bullsh*t as possible from the creators of the game - it is really a pure stupidity that a small group of outsiders (even if they are around 15th level or a bit higher) can take on and successfully wipe out a fully crowded drow city... <_<
In other words, recreating the mistakes of others is not a good idea.

View Post

Well I think the makers intended you to 'fight your way out' of Ust Natha instead of 'wipe all drow out'. Of course killing them is very easy and there's no reality there.

#195747 Darth Nihilus (spoilers!)

Posted by Sol on 26 March 2005 - 04:38 AM in KotOR Series

I thought the whole game was a waste of potential.

The storyline was good, and didn't give it away in the middle of the game like KOTOR1, but the battles were frankly pathetic. Nihilus is actually a pretty cool and scary character, with a cool voice, but he's a pansy in battle. Why didn't they give him some kind of special power to spice things up?
I didn't even die once in the whole game, think that says enough.
