Or you could be practical and cheat by making a few extra SCRL1D to reveal the maps, and by the way, it's not a fog of war that you quite surelly are talking about, cause the fog of war is the grayed area beyond your line of sight.

Yes, but BG2 works well in 1024x768. Anything higher seems to create lots of problems, though.Neither Baldur's Gate or Baldur's Gate II officially supports any resolutions higher than 800x600.
You are right. I think I will stick with 1024 res.
But still I need damn a fog of war

What mods do you have installed? Can you post your WeiDU log? It sounds like you have one of the Tweak packs "Major Areas Explored" components installed.
