The same here - but I fullheartedly hope that once it comes out, you'll enjoy it as much as I will .There is left only some quick fixes and the readme to complete. However, readmes are usually Littiz's doing, and ATM he is saturated with RL work.

I can as well make it so that out of combat your movement speed is at least 10 (bg2's standard), if there is enough protest for this
As I said before, I don't support this idea - nostly because it never made the game annoying in my playtests (not when compared to the already present "Boots-of-Speed-problem").Well, I suppose it goes without saying that I'd welcome this. I think it would give the best of both worlds (realism and convenience).
Yet, if there will be a serious need for such a modification to the system, I can live with it.

A year ago or so, when I was testing the prototype of this armor system on my computer, the differences in walking speed seemed reasonable, and never annoying. At least not more annoying than the issue with characters at normal and "boots of speed" walking pace, as it was already mentioned above.My point is that right now the only working version of the Movement Modifier is on my computer (TGM and Littiz have a beta build, but that specific part doesn't work correctly), so we're more or less doing theoretical debates on how annoying that part may be, without being able to justify our claims

Yeah, I have one around somewhere, though I don't have the time to dig for it right now. If I come to find it, I'll post it here.I'm too lazy to check the files one by one, we'll wait for TGM to return and ask him, maybe he has still a list
Why? I don't see why good aligned gods should punish their high level and faithful servants...no bad stuff for good? atleast a 5% chance for something bad would have been appropriate.

I completely agree with you Littiz. Just my words up there.The other problem being the fact that if the armor is given DEX requirement to avoid the death of characters starting with very low dex value (which we should do), the armor itself can become red *after* being worn, in some cases (eg: armor requires 4 dex, applies a 3 dex penalty, a character with 6 dex wears it, dex goes to 3, armor becomes red despite being worn).
This problem is just a cosmetical one, and though I am usually concerned even with cosmetical issues, in this case I'd say it's not something to be worried about: you can see it as a marker for the player, reminding him that the character is "sacrificing" almost all the dexterity he has available, and that the armor is being very heavy for him. All in all, it happens for characters who don't have at least twice the dexterity requirement minus 1 (unless I'm mistaken), so the case gets a special notice

Note that this animation will CTD your game at some points where you equip weapons (I do not remember which ones though).If you wanted to use the Shadow Thief anim for your main character, you can use Shadowkeeper to edit your .chr or savegame

Indeed, a Fighter-Thief multi.Is not Valen a thief at least in some part?
And as for Silver Star, it would be untrue to simply say she's a crazy evil thief. Her character has (and will have, if we ever manage to put the final parts in shape) a lot more intriguing aspects besides that.

#218496 where is the power?

You mean those abilities aren't reactivated after the assassin kit becomes active again? As I know, all innates of the old class/kit should reappear as useablele once the character surpasses the old class' experience with the new dualed one.They [assassins] keep em if they go fighter.
Must NOT happen. They should lose the abilities even here.
But, this is *NOT* caused by Refinements.

#217450 D&D Online

- no complete freedom and explorable outdoor areas like in WoW;
- completely instanced quests (no travels to destinations);
- no multiple towns;
- no PvP;
- no crafting/economy.
I'm almost 100% sure that I'll give it a try once it comes out, but I have doubts about it when I think about all these "flaws".

Thats the best choice, I admit.Yikes! If this is how much I'd have to pay monthly just to play this game, I'd rather go back to pnp.
For example, WoW is one hell of a game - IMO.I could live with paying 50 bucks a year, but even then, it better be one hell of a game.
