The reason for this debate is because in the BG2 and TOB books Imoen is lesbian, as she sleeps with Phaere and fancies Melissian.

Perhaps Lucy based the Chloe-Imoen romance on this.

Yeah Kish, I find certain parts in the books to be disturbing and totally perverted from the game. <_<
