Please don't post here unless you've actually played through all of the mod's content ;).

Please tell us what you thought of Jerry Zinger. Was it funny or in bad taste (or both :P )? Did it r0x or did it sux?

What could be changed or done better? What should new episodes be about? What do you want to see?

Tell us what you thought :D !

Edit: spelling

Greetings,

I downloaded the mod and spent some enjoyable minutes reading the dialogue file. Thank you.

But what concerns me is - are - a few stories by Oryx of the Attic:
http://www.gamejag.n...&p=13230&t=1746
http://www.gamejag.n...&p=13394&t=1762
http://www.gamejag.n...&p=14216&t=1815

I have seen these links in your forum:
http://www.shsforums...showtopic=11333

and I assume that some ideas for your mod were taken from there. I hope the consent of the author was given.

However, I was very surprised that there was no mention of Oryx in your readme, at least in "thanks" sections. Was it a mistake or was it intentional?

You are assuming that Oryx's stories were the 'inspiration' for the mod, when, in fact, they are not.

These stories were unknown to anyone who originally started working on the mod, until dorotea kindly pointed them out, but this was after the initial storyboarding was completed. (I, unfortunately, never had a timely opportunity to go and really acquaint myself with them, and I still have never fully read them, and I doubt that any of the others have, as well.) If there are any similarities in any of the ideas, etc., I am sure it is a coincidence and not plagerism. ;)

This contradicts your earlier words:

My apologies, dorotea, for not thanking you sooner for these goodies. I had forgotten I had read some of these a long while ago, and seeing them mentioned here reminded me.  You are correct! They do, indeed, provide some good 'research' materials.  Again, thanks for bringing them to everyone's attention.

I am sorry to be disappointed.

Would appear you were expecting to be disappointed, m'dear. ;) I must confess, that in politeness to dorotea, I did say I had read them, when in fact, I didn't even know they existed. Sorry all of this is not up to your expectations, kulyok.. :) Perhaps those who actually completed the mod will take your admonishment under advisement and issue a credit in this case. :)

Actually, while these stories share the concept, they don't really have much relation to the mod. I (who was in charge of all the writing) never really read those Oryx stories closely, and certainly never plagiarised them. I can safely say the same goes for the rest of the writers. In fact, we owe more to Monty Python (thanked in the readme).

Oh, and you may enjoy the mod more by playing it in game ;). There's more to it than .d and .tra files.

It was an amusing distraction, much like Cloakwood Squares was for me. I did laugh at the silliness of it all, especially the bits with Anomen. (Who would have thought? )

Guilty as charged...

Have to say I liked the show, nice use of minor characters. (I guess Sir William really didn't boff Keldorn's wife :P )

Loved UU's story 'Knights who wear Lingerie', and the adaptation for the show was hilarious. :new_thumbs:

I think the episode came before the fanfic, but only UU knows for sure. I'm glad you enjoyed playing :).

This mod was a lot funnier than I thought it would be, and I had pretty high expectations. :D I totally loved it!
