Here's my effort at fixing some of the English BuTcHerY, and add my own helpful additions:

Just sit back and watch... This program is doing the work for you!
Firstly, the program will ask you questions for customizing your megamod.
Secondly, the program will run checks to see if everything is valid.
Then, all mods in the Baldur's Gate 2 directory will be listed, and will also list non-existing mods.
The program will also inform you of conflicts or missing mods, for your information.
After you conform your settings, the mods will be patched for compatibility and smoother installation
The WeiDU modding tool will be updated to it's latest version, and will add
the exe for mods that don't come with one, and rename some invalid setup files as well.
After that, your (semi)megamod will be installed automatically.
If you want to change the installation procedure in any way, you need
to edit the BiG World Install.bat. Editing details will be included in a separate
text file packaged with the installpack.
For extra help, please consult ShadowTek's and William Imm's guide on how to do
a BiG World Project installation at

The BiG World Project is intended for a Baldur's
Gate Trilogy (BGT) installation, through you can
install a BG2 only game with it.
If you have a copy of Baldur's Gate 1, it is
recommended that you install and fully patch it,
and do a BGT installation.

@4 is the same as Enkida's @47 translation.

The program did not detect your Baldur's Gate 1 directory automatically.
You may have installed in a different directory or under a different name.
The default directory is: "C:\Program Files\Black Isle\Baldur's Gate"
Type the path to where Baldur's Gate 1 is located and press ENTER.

[spoiler]
The file 25Movies.bif is missing from CD5\Movies in your Baldur's
Gate II directory. That one is needed for installation, however.
Please make sure that you installed the Throne of Bhaal expansion.
If it is installed and the file does not exist, copy it from your CD/DVD.
If it's there and you are still getting this message, please make
sure that you are running this program in the Baldur's Gate II directory,
and not in any other directory.

Feedback is welcome.
