Freedom cannot be equated with goodness, virtue, or perfection. Freedom has its own unique self-contained nature; freedom is freedom ? not universal goodness. Any confusion or deliberate equalization of freedom with goodness and excellence is in itself negation of freedom, and acceptance of the path of restraint and enforcement.

Yet I know for sure that some authors at least consider this md an abomination and blasphemy. How can I add banters with any npcs if for all I know the author of that npc might think their character would attack JI on first sight rather than chatting with him?

But if that's an appropriate response for that particular NPC, then what's the harm to have two NPCs snarl at each other or break into a fight? It's not like BioWare never did that. You can always set it up so that the PC can stop them from killing each other if s/he so chooses.Yet I know for sure that some authors at least consider this md an abomination and blasphemy. I already have quite a few conflicts with original Bio npcs coded in: Minsk and Jaheira to be precise. As well as all goodies reactions to various turns and twists of the plot. If we start adding banters and conflicts to all two dozen or so npcs added by various mods, I fear it will take another 2 years. Besides, this will create another problem: 'why was this custom npc banter added and that was not'? As well as quite reasonable series of complaints form the authors : 'my npc would never say that' !
At least with original Bio ones I can only be sued by Bio itself which is unlikely.
Once again -- I have nothing against adding conflicts and banters between JI and custom npcs -- it is just I personally rather not do it, and leave it to the authors of these mods *if* they find the idea appealing.
Most likely this mod was my last big modding project related to BG series. It is unlikely that I will ever write another mod or even a banter -- unless some of the older ideas/promises will come to fruition.

Who would win in a fight, Irenicus or Tsujatha?
Tsk -- I fear Sillara is the best person to ask this question of... I have no idea what hidden powers her character possesses. JI can 'only' use Rapture of the Father on every opponent. :nana:

Er.. Eldoth?
I knew there is no hope you will forget about it... Let me recover my wits first ok? I was so overstressed over releasing LR and the string of small bugs, that I am still slightly off-balance. And my writing moods are very tricky. Right now I cannot seem to force a single line out of myself...
Yes yes... it is unfair to complain. But I am having the blues again about the whole modding business. We shall see if I will recover from this one.

Я соглашаюсь, что от treehouse - лягушка, мечут икру рожденный, чтобы служить в армии в пределах США и моего скоростного судна, будучи полным угрей, должны не быть яички когда атаковано бешеными бобрами.
I agree that from 'treehouse' - a frog puts their eggs [ mixed plural and singular as in the original] , born to serve in the army inside the US and my speedboat, being full of eels, should not have small eggs [or balls -- yes russian has strange similies] after being attacked by rabid beavers.
Hmm, Sim, that was a bit odd for a comment, even coming from you...
