Pay a visit to this site: http://www.geocities...realmstime0.htm

The best timeline you can find for Forgotten Realms.

EDIT by NiGHTMARE:

The "official" FR timeline can be found here:

Oops! This was sliding over to the page two. Would some moderator pin this? It is, after all, the best FR Timeline.

I know it's a very late post, but the custom timeline haven't been updated for a long time.

After the novel "The summoning" and the end of the Return of Archwizards, alot of other things happen, anyone have a idea of better timeline?

This timeline is perhaps the most comprehensive Toril timeline ever created, and references sourcebooks and novels up to and including Lost Empires of Faerun (released February this year).

In case anyone's interested, the Grand History of the Realms (linked to above) is due to be released as an official, hardcover WotC book. It's out on September 18th at an RRP of $29.95, but you can get it from Amazon for $19.77.

The book apparently features countless entries not present in the on-line version, as well as updates to numerous existing entries; many of these are from direct input by Ed Greenwood, creator of the Forgotten Realms. Apparently the book will also feature a brand new short story by R. A. Salvatore. Plus you may also find a book handier to flick through than a .pdf document :).

EDIT: Incidentally, it appears the free, on-line version of the Grand History of the Realms is no longer available, so if you already have a copy and don't want to purchase the book, be sure to back it up!
