Gang, this is a total conversion. The BG storyline is not here. Therefore mods such as banters/flirts/romances etc are NOT going to work here. Simple as that.

What should work? So far some parts of Ease-Of-Use work. In fact, I have included them right into the mod, so don't bother to go download the latest version of that mod. Item Upgrade/Ruad and other item mods should work. However, Cromwell is not here, so if the mod places a salesperson into an area of Amn or some other Sword Coast location, you wouldn't find that person here. You can CLUA in the items that you want to use. Therefore Item Upgrade, Exnem and like mods would work in that regards.

CA is built on top of the engine tweaks that Horred :Bow: made for The Big Picture. So mods that are not compatible with that would not work here.

Tactics type mods such as tougher encounters and the like may work. However, at this point in your adventures, you have kobolds, goblins, and some very lowend undead. Therefore, don't bother installing those mods. Yet.

Mods such as UB, CtB, and Yacomo's Worldmap for BGT-BP will not work (though Yacomo's actual map is here).

Update:

In version .41, Rurik will perform all of Cromwell's item upgrades. He will now also perform almost all of Ruad's item upgrades as well (no NPC items from Cernd, Yoshimo, etc). I have merged in version .19 of this mod into the game so you can have these items. Just realize that most of Ruad's upgrades require components you aren't going to see until later in the game.

The Weidu Item Upgrade mod will also be included later but I haven't decided if Rurik should do the upgrades or another blacksmith. His dialog is already very complex with all the Ruad items. I will add all the ToB upgrades at some point later. Those may also go to another smith.

Updates:

Rogue rebalancing Check it out here is now supporting CA. Remember that not all install options would work here (new stores, dialog options for NPC, etc). But the good meat of the mod works with CA. Other parts may work later as we expand CA.

I' ve tried to install a recommended mods for CA ... ( http://www.shsforums...opic=38283&st=0 )

But I've two problems ..

1 ) BUG With RR : How to fix the speels ids , cause my bard song it's a fire trap now :crying:
Are : "bard kit revision", "high level ability", and "proper spell ", fully compatible ?

2 ) ERROR With 1 PP thieves galore Install : weidu said : ERROR: Failure("resource [CDFF4A1.BAM] not found for 'COPY'"), What's Happened ?

Thank's a lot for the replys, I hope to smash few trolls before Christmas :ph34r: ...

The latest version of CA should work fine with RR. The spell.IDS issue was in .50 not in .50a.

Can't immediately help you with the 1PP problem. I have used this mod before and it worked fine for me. You did do a full install of the SoA and ToB games, right?

Edit : You did do a full install of the SoA and ToB games, right?

- Of Course ... : " full clean installation "

- And I'm playing in CC v 50, Patched V 50a, with RR v4.32 (last one)

Edit: The spell.IDS issue was in .50,

-So : No problems with speell names & code in override ; Right ?

Cause after few test i 've decelled what a conflict appears with "bard kit revision", "high level ability", and "proper spell ", the RR mod subsitute the corrects habilities to the bards...

May-be do you have some suggestions to remove this problem ?

-So I've fixed, my bug, (don't know excatly how), but after few modifications, uninstall/reinstall : RR V432/v42/v432 , changed/removed the speell.ids (cf : spells ids .50 correction post ),
-Installed : bard song switching mod ( http://www.shsforums...showtopic=39299 ),changed soundset ad new items... it's all right ...

... I) :blink: But with bard song mod, the switch appear but when the bard change his song the effect of the speels don't run ...

... II) :wacko: I ve loose banter/soundset with Rurik & Shadow

Some Explications ?

-I will really optimized Bard charac , specially a scald (no switch mod slot for him in bard song switching mod :unsure: ) , at your attention, if somebody can customised this one a little more :whistling: , like bardic music soundset, more dialogues, habilities to fight with bard song in action etc .

That's a bug from the v0.50, as there was a bad sound file that then prevented all the rest from being copied. It should be corrected in v0.51 that just came out.

-Or Weidu can re-install the next scrpit as well

2) Must I download all the new realease (1986.5mb)
-Or just some files are used and can be download somewhere ...?

1)&2) If you wish to use the v0.51, I would advice to uninstall the whole game and remove the whole game directory, this way you'll have guaranteed clean install, and reinstall/use clean backup to replace the old game, and then install the v0.51, and yes you need the whole pack(almost 2GB's) to install the v0.51.

And yes, this has always needed to be done to all the major full updates, and that's cause the primary game files need to be changed, altered or the like... but the result will be better this way, as you won't be redownloading old files that are not in use anymore the 51 time.

If it isn't list here as being compatible, than it either isn't or hasn't been tested. Therefore, if you don't know how to work with installing and testing different mods, I would highly recommend you don't install them.

Virtue mod should not work at all. It will install but so does the Edwin romance. Nothing in this mod has anything to do with the SoA/ToB story, so do scripts or dialogs tied to people and places in Amn are going to work correctly here.

Without error , this one just splitting reputation into two separate variables appear alongside on the character screen (Reputation & Virtue), and don't modified any story-line , No ? :blink:

And this Concept (Alignment) it's very Interisting pariculiery for a Real Role Play Immersion (at my opininon ;)) ...

Yeah, but as the mod was never made just for CA mod(as CA is a Total Conversions mod), there is no instance the other reputation is ever used(at least measured), the additional content the mod would bring is never actually used.
