How can I access/extract the pictures of the various creatures and monsters in NWN (I mean their profile picture)?

Ehh, it's me again. 
Sorry, but no matter how hard I try, I cannot find those damnable portrait pictures, even with NWN Explorer - I seem to have browsed through all the possible group of files, directories, etc, but the best I got was a 2da that lists them...
So please, if anyone could help me with some precise directions here, I'd be most grateful.

NWN: NWN Main Data -> data\textures_02.bif -> Textures, TGA
SoU: ??? (don't have it, sorry)
HotU: NWN:HotU Main Data -> data\xp2_textures.bif -> Textures, TGA
In all cases, scroll down until you get to the entries beginning with PO*

O-K, one more question regarding these pictures: how can I actually use them? I guess there must be an easy way to convert them into any useable format (they come as tga-s, or something)?

Paintshop Pro (and I assume Adobe Photoshop) can switch between more formats that most people even know exist .

One moment - lets say one doesn't have NWN on his machine, but he wants a picture from the game enhanced and made into a BG portrait - a picture such as this:
However, he doesn't have the largest picture to work from, and he needs it. Is it possible that someone could extract the picture from the game and post it? Thanks.
