[SPOILERISH] Alternative Irenicus portraits

I did like the "elf" portraits of Irenicus, but I always thought the hair was a little messy and I've been looking for a nice alternative to them
So I found this portrait :

Utterly no idea if this board is still active, but while I love the new portraits for Irenicus, I'm afraid for some reason I cannot actually manage to get them to work. I have both Shadowkeeper and Near Infinity, and while I've replaced the LRJonM, LRJonS, and LRJonL files with the appropriately edited forms of the pictures here, despite displaying properly in both Shadowkeeper and Near Infinity (though when I look at the relevant bmp file from the savegame itself, the portrait picture is of Irenicus' initial portrait) it does not actually so. The only explanation I can think of is that since I already saw the first Irenicus cutscene, i.e. the one before you summon him out of Hell, it already imprinted in my Save Game. While I can restart TOB - it's not like I've exactly done much - I would rather not. Nevertheless, any help would be greatly appreciated.

LOL_ I generally love your alternative portraits , but I think Jon should be blond - for no better reason than that is how I wrote him in the Bitter Grey Ashes. Moon elves can alternatively have black hair with blue streaks or bleached white/silver-blue. I decided Irenicus was blond , (like his father), when I started writing the module , whereas Bodhi has dark hair, like her nature.
