This is the message I get when running the .bat installer:

"The minimum requirements are not met.
The listed mods are not present in your BGII - SoA Directory.

BG2 Fixpack
Baldur's Gate Trilogy
TxtMusic

The listed mods are mandatory.
Please copy them into your BGII - SoA directory and then continue."

I'm trying to install this on the GOG versions of Baldur's Gate I & II on a 64bit Windows 7 desktop. I have previously installed BWP on a 32bit Windows Vista laptop with the 4 in 1 compilation of Baldur's Gate and it worked without problems. Why is it that it didn't require these mods before but it does now? How exactly do I get this to work?

Erhm, did you do everything that is required for Windows 7 to actually install any BG2 mod? Clarification: The UAC & PCA & game folder ? And if you don't know what those refer, read the second answer here and find out.
Once that's sorted, you need to put the "-", without the quotes to the BWS line, where it asks where the BG1 directory is.
And you are using the BWS, not just the BWInstall.bat...
