So, I'm pretty new to this so I hope that you guy will help me. ;)

Meet Anishay a human, chaotic good sorcerer.

STATS:

STR 12

DEX 17
CON 15
INT 16
WIS 11
CHA 15

When you ask Anishay about her past a huge smile apperas on her face. I was born in a circus, she says. Even if that do not sound astounding she admits, that she could not found a better place for her. Always on the move, never staying in one place for longer. She managed to meet more peopleand see more places in her short life than you. But when you ask why did she leave her beloved circus you can see sorrow behind her eyes, but with a smile on her face she tells you that this will be her little secret.

Anishay is addicted to changes and can't stand waiting. She'll bump into nearly any conversation she can and will mostly have her own point of view. Brought up in a circus she got to know many places, but never learned how things work. She may be even a bit naive, as she believes others are mostly willing to help her and do not mean any harm to her. She's cheerful, and always hopes that things will turn out to be better. She's about 20 years old, so she's not the wisest person in the world, but she's leraning quickly. Working for long hours in a circus made her really self-confident.

(I've never done thing like this, so I hope you'll tell me what is important to mention and stuff. Hope you enjoied)

You might want to increase INT, for access to higher-level spells.

It's a good start, and there aren't very many sorcerers to choose from, so I'd love to see this mod develop!

Some people might confuse the name Anishay with Anishai, so that's something to consider.

Eric P., please keep your comments to one post instead of three different ones. I merged them. Thank you.

It's a sorcerer, dummy! Their dump stat is everything, which allows them to have 18/18/18 in physical stats.

Speaking of, if she's from a circus, what kind of side show is she? A midget? The Bearded Lady? The Fattest Person Ever? The Hercules Woman?

Please be the last one.

I'll try to remember to edit my posts when I have something to add, if it doesn't merit a separate posting. I won't promise anything, though.

Two suggestions:

1) Consider getting a proofreader.

2) Telling the player character what he/she is thinking or doing is usually frowned upon in mods since this is an RPG.

Thank you everyone for support. :) It's only a brief description and thing will appear with time I suppose, but slowly as I'm learning only.

Anwsering Almateria's question Anishay used to be fire breather and she also was resposible for 'special efects' in circus like illusions.

I'm sorry. ;) She has never been the strongest one, so being a Hercules Women would be quite difficult.

Okey. As my modd started to work. (at last!) I started writing interjections. I intend Anishay to talk much and I suppose it will take me much time to end, but I must say that it's pretty funny and I like it. But here's my question for you: What is important in writing interjactions? Is it okey if there is plenty of them or not that much? I want to know your opinion. :)

I like a character who has plenty to say about various things in the game, about personal history, outlook, interests, etc.

There is a happy medium with interjections in my opinion. If a mod NPC has something to say about EVERYTHING then it gets rather annoying and I eventually just skip through their bit without reading it because they are too chatty. On the other hand, silent NPCs aren't that great either because the canon BG2 NPCs do comment on game events.

So...my advice would be to write it in a way that doesn't make the mod scream, "I'm a mod!" in the player's face.

Damn good advice that made me laugh to boot.

Erm. I assume this girl is going to be friends with Aerie, right? I'm sorry, but the Haer'Dalis fling came to my mind, and even though it would probably be a bit over the top to make any 'meddling' happen, I still find the thought amusing.

Well, not really I suppose. Anishay is a person who is easy to fascinate, but who will as easy as that loose her intrest. And even though she tries to be nice for everyone, she is a bit short-tempered and fidgety and she will quickly get annoyed by Aerie constant complains. And to her unthoughtful at times behaviour she's probably more likely to say her some harsh words, than become real friends.

It might be helpful to take note of how much the BioWare NPCs have to say throughout the game, and use that as a rough guide to help you decide how much commentary Anishay will make, and on what. I have a file that will also be helpful, so I'll dig it out and drop it in the usual place.

It's hard to quantify banter frequency because it depends so much on context. NPC interference in a key quest is very, very visible. Random comments to peasants, shopkeepers, etc., not so much. A mod may have 200 interjections, but if half of them are with Docks Prostitute #2, who cares? Likewise, if an otherwise silent NPC starts harping on Aran Linvail in every second sentence, it's highly visible.

All that I can say is that the name Anishay reminds me greatly of Anishai, a female human monk in Mae'Var's thief guild (where you find Edwin), and I believe someone also made a one-day NPC of this character.

Baron Ficha?

Barren Fischa?

Something like that. I forget.
