Hi! Question, I got to the love talk where Isra talks about the Greengrass festival, and chose the option suggesting to Isra "do you want to be lovers?" or something to that effect. I'm in Chapter 3. I haven't heard a peep out of Isra since, no events have happened, and no cheats advance the storyline. Is there some main storyline event I have to do to keep the romance going? Or did I break it somehow? :(

Even though I haven't progressed that far in her romance, I may be able to help you. Can you post what was her answer to your suggestion? And when you where in the Den of Seven Vales, did you respond like you knew Isra or have you started like you never met her before? That can make a major difference. For me (I started like I knew Isra from BG1, even though I didn't play BG1 for most of my chars), I had an active romance with her as soon as I left the manor to find clues about the assassins that attacked her sister.

P.S.: to quote: "Because of the way that her BG1 friendship progressed and her relatively casual outlook, if she already knew you in Baldur's Gate, she will be willing to commit to a romance very early in the dialogue track."

Yes, I did act like I had known her since BG1 and the romance did start early. She starts the last talk I got with her "The month of Mirtul...". Last choice in the talk, she says "(smile) That is the case for most Sunite festivities, though its doubly true for this one." i reply "Lovers, Isra? Is that what you see in out future?" And she says "i am no diviner, my lord, and that is much your decision as mine." Now im still in chapter 3, gotten the money but not chosen bodhi or gaelan yet. Ive already finished her quest where we have to kill the cowled wizard hounding her sister. After this most recent love talk she is silent on the romanxe no events or more talks. Did i break something or do i need to further the main storyline more?

PS: this is ee and i do have neera in my party and did a little of her romance but ive since kicked her out since im doing this run specifically for the isra romance~

think that I have had such a comment from her before, though I cannot remember what I asked or how she replied. Also, back then I still had romance conflicts with other NPCs, so I cannot say whether I will have the same response from back then now when I romance her again. Fortunately, a few days ago I started another game, so I can check it out.

And how can you be in Chapter 3 and not chosen Gaelan or Bodhi? Chapter 3 only starts after you choose either the vampires or Shadow Thieves. That's a contradiction.

Hold on a moment. You started Neera's romance even though you had Isra romanced? That is impossible. To quote: "I'm not aware of any romance mod that doesn't shut down the official Bioware romances, actually. This one shuts down Aerie, Jaheira, Viconia, and Anomen (and Neera and Rasaad as well, if you're doing BG2EE). It doesn't touch any other mod romance, though." Even though I know that I can have same-gender multi-romances with vanilla NPCs, I am pretty sure that that cheat doesn't apply to EE., since I had one playthrough with Neera; my PC was a female elven sorceress and Neera didn't try to romance me. True, she might not have tried it because I also had a romance with Aerie and Jaheira, but if I can romance those two simultaneously as a girl, then I should also be able to romance Neera.

It was Chapter 2, I was wrong. And yes, Neera's romance was working as usual in EE until I kicked her out of the party.

So I figured out you have to rest at an inn to continue Isra's romance. Here's my question. I frustratingly went through all of Spellhold and the Underdark thinking she wasn't going to say anything and then the Bodhi event didn't trigger, then I went back and reloaded a chapter 2 save and tried resting at an inn, and suddenly the romance continued. (now I get the fun of doing all of spellhold and the underdark again). I've just console'd with AdvanceRealTime basically her entire romance in SoA. I've exhausted every romance talk; her quest with her sister being arrested for smuggling, etc.

But, Rhaella says this in one of her stickies:

"You can use PID to make sure you don't miss anything -- if you ask her what she thinks of the quest, once her dialogue is exhausted, she'll tell you she's getting worried about Imoen."

Now I've exhausted her regular rpmance dialogue, but when I keep asking her what she thinks of the quest, she keeps saying "I'm concerned about the Shadow Thieves." She's saying nothing about her concern for Imoen. Should I be concerned I'm still missing romance dialogue to continue on till the end?

Ooooooookay, regarding Neera's romance... I have no idea how such a thing is possible. It shouldn't be possible. But if you say that you had a romance with her, I'll take your word on it.

I'm afraid that I cannot help you about that. Like I said, I haven't advanced her romance that far, so I cannot say whether you have or haven't done anything wrong. Try asking Rhaella; I know she could give you more insight about this than I could. Sorry.

Oh, and by the way, try using EE Keeper. I daresay that that is the best program for pretty much anything you need done.

Hi guys! I'm not going to be of too much help, unfortunately, since my PC is on the other side of the Atlantic right now, but as far as checking in PID to see if dialog is exhausted, there's unfortunately a bit of a bug in that which I haven't had a chance to fix. If I remember correctly, if at any point you lose the ability to ask her what she thinks about the quest at all in chapter 3, that means the dialog has indeed been exhausted.
