Has anyone brought back NPC complaints yet?

The dumbing-down of the games Beamdog did for "convenience" irritates me. No NPC complaints when the party is obviously in disagreement with their alignments is one of these "tweaks." I want to bring that back. Or has someone else done it already?

They still occur, rarely, but I have no idea what controls their frequency.

Actually the game has no alteration on this fact from the nonEE game. Had termix actually listened to me at some point, he would know this fact... that the happy.2da is still there and it's -300 breaks the char from the party and if it's less than zero, they complain.

I'm going to have to test for whether they'll say anything if left around a contrary Reputation for long enough, or if they only speak up when it goes up and down. I know they do compliment the player, but do they grumble? That's the question.

Are you sure I didn't say that when you set the happy.2da's values to zero, that they would stop complaining ? Go and find the quote ... or it didn't ever happen.

And you can put the quote marks around it yourself.
