First, what purpose does "Identified name" serve for spells? Second, what is Caster Position - X, Y and so on, in EFF files?
1. The structure is that of exact .itm... so it replaces the unidentified name on some occasions. But you might as well leave it to the default -1.
2. It doesn't have one. It only has a target field. That's why it is an effect.
