I have been wanting to create Liriel in BGII, and as BGII follows 3rd adition rules, I was wondering how her "Official" stats are possible found Here These are her official stats, how is this possible?

First of all, the Baldur's Gate games follows 2E. :) You would thus *not* be able to put her in BG/BG2 with her official stats and abilities; in 2E there wasn't much of a skill system, except for thieves. Wizard/Cleric/Fighter is not a viable multiclass for elves - I kind of doubt it's viable for anyone.

But you could put her in the game with a 2E approximation of her stats, sure. The important part about a NPC is the character's personality, rather than stats and classes. :)

If you want her AD&D stats I can find one of my old books and give you her stats.
Her lips were red, her looks were free
Her locks were as yellow as gold
Her skin was white as leprosy.
The Nightmare Life-in-Death was she,
Who thicks man's blood with cold.

I would make her elven fighter/mage, subtract 3 from her intelligence (to account for 3rd edition attribute gains), give her a magic resistance (rules say it's 50% + 2% per level, up to 80%, but Viconia has a fixed resistance, so you can copy that) and change her to drow colors. Also, drow get +2 saves vs. spells, so you can add that, and some spell like abilities (but they lose these when living on surface). While in bright light (as in outdoor zones during daytime) they lose 2 dex, and have -2 penalty to attack and saves vs. their spells.

From the Elaine Cunningham's books(the Daughter of the Drow, Tangled Webs, Windwalker), I would never ever make her to be a fighter... more likely she would be Cleric/Mage multi class, or even Cleric -> Mage dual class.

Her AD&D stats. I know a lot about her, being one of my favorite D&D characters and at one time I was going to do a mod with her.

Worst scan ever ;) I'll put this one up here for a while:

I have to agree with Jarno though, in the books she doesn't really come of as a Fighter, and multiclass FM doesn't really sit well at all. FC, on the other hand, would fit.

Cool, thanks for all the helpful info :)
Yeah I agree, a mage/cleric does fit the books more, she didn't seem so much a fighter, and surely not 8th level.

Even without Fighter levels, I'd still give her some combat abilities that are better than those of a C/M, as House Baenre lived in Menzoberranzan, where all drow are schooled in fighting, magic, and (un)holy service to Lloth (AKA Lolth). Her ability scores look fine on the scanned page of information in this thread.

Working and playing on a Mac Pro 6,1 running Mac OS X 10.13.6 High Sierra, and a Mac Pro 3,1 running Mac OS X 10.11.6 El Capitan.

- Erysseril Gwaethorien: a joinable, romanceable NPC mod for BGII - SoA/ToB, in sporadic development.

A female elf warrior of nature and a Bhaalspawn cross paths during their quests, joining forces to share adventure and companionship. Will they find more?

Yeah but I think only half elves can have three classes. Unless you shadowkeeper her, but correct me if Im wrong.. didnt she lose all cleric abilities by the end of the series or was she still good with one of the gods she was playing (and she was playing the gods lol, gotta love that) 3 gods she was playing with right? Lolth, that thief or what ever god and the good drow goddess?

I read the books recently .. but can't really remember what god she was in good standing with. I believe it's Llolth, Mask and Eilistraee you're thinking about btw, but I'm not sure she ever venerated Mask? She used to call her outward façade for "the Mask" though. :)

Tripleclassing is not restricted to HE only in BG(2) at least, but I don't know about PnP.

EDIT: The Forgotten Realms wiki is spot on here.
"Religion
Liriel renounced the worship of Lolth. She might have become a priestess of Eilistraee had events in Windwalker not closed that door for her. She since has converted to the worship of Mystra and is a lone priestess of her faith."

It also lists her as Fighter1, Cleric 3 and Wizard 11. That's pretty much a perfect match IMO.
