I've been using your fixpack and this happened:
Please release a new version that reverts the bash "fix" to the ratbone container.
So locks are messed up...

Did you start a new game after installing the mod? Changes to areas will not show if you alteady visited the area in your save.

And yes, I installed the fixpack and the tweakpack before playing the game. I've also tried clean-installing the game with just the fixpack. Same problem.
EDIT: I've also tried compatibility mode Windows XP Service Pack 3 and Windows 7.
