Where did the "Treefort" and "Rescue Marentha" com

Where did the Treefort and Rescue Maentha come from.
I'd like to complete the quest, but I am at a loss as to
where to look to find the Treefort, or to rescue Marentha.
The druid I saved from execution gave me vague directions,
but nothing posted to my journal. I've explored all 4 Cloakwood
maps and drawn a blank. Can somebody help?

Go back to the third Cloakwood area and you will find the Shadowdruid tree house in the western half of the map. I believe this is a quest from BG1NPC.

Go to Cloakwood Wyverns, and save Beador.

Only after that he tells you Maretha is at the Treefort in Cloakwood Druids, then you'll see her inside the fort.

Ok, I get it now. I've already been to the Treefort and kicked the Shadowarchdruid's ass.
Now, after rescuing Beador, I have to go back. Oi!. Thanks Mike, bigmoshi.

Which version of BG1NPC do you have installed, mr2131? It should say in your WeiDU.log and also in the mod's readme.

Based on this, and the download package, I have version 14 of BG1npc installed.

Ok, thanks, just wanted to make sure you had the latest. There should be one shadow archdruid inside the treehouse (Amarande) from stock BG and one outside from BG1NPC (if you've fulfilled the quest conditions). Let me know how the encounter with him went.

Based on this, and the download package, I have version 14 of BG1npc installed.

Ok, thanks, just wanted to make sure you had the latest. There should be one shadow archdruid inside the treehouse (Amarande) from stock BG and one outside from BG1NPC (if you've fulfilled the quest conditions). Let me know how the encounter with him went.


I met a second archdruid on the cloakwood 4 screen. Battled him before heading down free Marentha. Outside the treehouse, I encountered the shadowdruids who were going to execute Marentha. After I freed Marentha, we set off to meet Senayid back at the cottage.

I was wondering more how you found the battles (easy/difficult) with the Shadow Druids and archdruids, and whether there were any glitches, or anything like that.
