[Konalan]

A mini mod at the request of those on the Bioware forums. This adds a new version of the Butter Knife of Balduran to Deidre in the Adventurer's Mart. The new knife is a dagger +1 and will slow opponents on hit. It also comes with a cool animation.

EDIT: A bug has been found and fixed.

It seems there is a typo in my tp2 file I overlooked which may cause a parsing error. I have corrected this. Also, due to Icen's suggestion, I will be packaging all my mods into one and uploading it properly. This new package will simply be an archive of the separate mods for now until I can find the time to make them into a "tweakpack."

I apologize for any inconvenience I may have caused. I've been extremely busy the past couple of weeks with no time for internet usage.
