This is just a quick message to let you know what's going on with the Downloads section; a few hours ago we exceeded the quota on one of our databases for the forum, meaning that some things might not be working currently--unfortunately including the downloads.
I want to apologise for this inconvenience. I've sent a message to our technical guru and he'll be on the issue as soon as he can.
