Since that installer's hitting about 50/50 on the user end, I'm going to try to make this more "cut n' dry". I really, truly cannot make the install any easier; modmakers will not allow a big "Mass fusion" project--that would probably take 3 or 4 discs to fit anways! Perhaps I can explain it better, in plain simple (well, if you speak the language its simple :P) English.

THIS is how the files should look, and be, in your game folder--right before running the one-step installer.

For my example here, I'm going to use the default installation folder:

C:\Program Files\Black Isle\BGII - SoA\ (abbrev. as "...SoA\")

Green is for an execution file (.exe)
Red is for a folder (NOT a zip file)
Blue is for batch files (.bat)

Shadows over Soubar:

...SoA\Soubar101patch.exe
...SoA\Soubar_v100.exe

The Darkest Day:

...SoA\tdd103full.exe
...SoA\tdd103-to-103A-patch.exe

Tortured Souls:

...SoA\TSv50.exe
...SoA\TSv503.exe

...SoA\TSv504
...SoA\TSv505

(these folders will contain loose files)

The Big Picture:

...SoA\BPv161G-FULL.exe

Baldur's Gate I, and Tales of the Sword Coast:

(FULL Install, both games, plus patch(es), to C:\baldur)

Baldur's Gate Trilogy:

...SoA\bgt3
(if your bgt folder is NOT named "bgt3", rename it to this)
(this should contain (3) folders : named biffme , root , and temp
It also should contain (2) .bat files : readme and bgt_setup and a "read me" document. )

...SoA\MK1-MK3_1.13-fixes
(Contains an override folder, a dialog.tlk, and a readme)
...SoA\patch_snares
(Contains an override, and a read me)

BP-BGTv311FULL:

...SoA\BP-BGT
...SoA\KEYFile for patched....

...SoA\BPBGTNEJ-BIFF.exe (not used in complete version)
...SoA\BP-BGTv310-AUTOINSTALL.exe
(not used in complete version)
...SoA\BP-BP-NEJ-310-COMPLETE.exe
(THIS IS USED in the complete version)
...SoA\Setup-BP-BGT.exe (weidu installer)
...SoA\Setup-BP-BGT.tp2 (a weidu file)
...SoA\{NUMEROUS BP-BGT documents and text files}
(you need to read "BP-BGT-NeJ-310-COMPLETE Install Guide")

Never Ending Journey version 13 i:

...SoA\NeJ
...SoA\Setup-NEJ.exe
...SoA\Setup-NEJ.tp2

BP-NeJ version 12:

...SoA\BPNeJ
...SoA\Setup-BPNeJ.exe
...SoA\Setup-BPNeJ.tp2

WHEN, AND ONLY WHEN, you have these files set up to this EXACT configuration, should you run the:

<span style='colorspellholdstudios.netspellholdstudios.net:GREEN'>...SoA\BP-BP-NeJ-310-COMPLETE.exe</span>

I REALLY, SINCERELY hope this is helpful for the rest of you.
I REALLY can't make things any easier!!!!

(Well, if I could travel around the world in a day, and install this on everybody's machines for them--I really WOULD be Santa Plague!!! :P)
