when does dergarden show up

ive just gone pass the edwina lovetalk where he replies It seems we understand each other well, <CHARNAME>, and that you have at least a modicum of sense. I have to admit it pleases me.

the thing is i cant get passed this lovetalk ive rested gone out of town i assume that dergarden is supposed to show at this time r they any requirments for his spawn like a location or something.

if it helps the lovetalk number is 27

Hm...is this the lovetalk where Edwina asks you about how to deal with obnoxious men, and eventually asks you what type of man CHARNAME prefers? If so, yes, Degardan should be up next. I don't recall any specific locations for spawning him - but I've asked Dorotea and Nebukad to also take a look at this.

Or did you mean Degardan's second spawning? That one happens after the lovetalk where Edwina asks you for a certain personal item.

To be honest I cannot recall what should happen next. Check your EdwinRomanceActive variable -- just in case. I will try to get more coherent answer when I get home from work.

its the first spawning , ive checked the edwinromance variable with shadowkeeper and its 1, ive also checked the Degardan spawn timer and it 1517310 ive reduced it to 1 , and i reduced the edwinromanceactive variable to 1 but still nothing has happened

Do you still have the save before you edited the game? If it is a yes -- please zip it and send to ladydorotea@hotmail.com. I am still at the office but perhaps I will be able to look at it tonight. Deggie is not supposed to be spawning in some areas... Gosh, it has been ove ra year since I meddled with his code...

its ok now i reloaded the save and he appeard i dont think he spawns in the temple district, he finally spawnded in the graveyard

I'm having the same problem ... is there any way to use the CreateCreature Command to get Degargan, if he doesn't spawn?

I found Degarden just took AGES to appear, several hours play after he got femalised

Was it Degardan's first or second appearance that was long in the coming?

I had a similar problem, he didn't want to appear. 10 days in game(first appearance) At last I managed to find him :rolleyes:

Check out the 'Degardan Mini FAQ' I've got pinned above - it could well be that you were looking in the wrong place.
