Weird, I just tried the link and it worked for me, so the link isn't dead. Are you able to dload other files from your computer? What exactly happens when you try to download it?

Just in case : try it again by right clicking link and save target as

works for me to but don't you need the dll's too I keep trying to upload flies here but of course I can't
