Well, I found her unkillable. Between the instakill wails, the constant going ethereal, and the fact that my rolls that should hit AC -12 or -19 were missing...and then she just disappears, trueseeing or no trueseeing, never to return....
Maybe it's just me, but after more than a dozen tries, I finally just CTRL-Y'ed.

I was able to kill her with two fighers, a paladin (PC) and Minsc. Both were hasted and both had +2 weapons. Leave the weaklings (Imoen, Khalid, Jetlaya) out of her sight during the battle. She casts Wail of the Banshee and it will take one or more of them out each time.
When she goes ethereal, she should return the next night. Otherwise, you are out of luck. She should go invisible first and try to charm some of your team before going ethereal.
