This might not be a problem with Sime per se, but Sime in my party has suddenly stopped moving correctly. I click her somewhere and she moves about an inch on the screen and then stops. I click again and she moves another half inch or inch or so and on and on. All my other NPC's move just fine (Me, Jaheira, Yoshimo, Kachiko). Sime looks like she's in the "fighting stance", unlike the other NPC's. She was working fine a little bit ago, and then this started after her first combat.
Any ideas?

She wants to say something, go back to an earlier save before she started doing that.

actually, if it's sime that's stuttering it's most likely one of two things (not dialogue related).
1. she died and you resurrected her. sime has a bug (as yet unpatched - on my list of things to fix) which means she will stutter (unstoppably - so i hope you've got a previous save) if she dies and you raise dead/ reusrrect her. ctrl-y then ctrl-r *might* fix her, so it's worth trying, but i don't think it will work.
2. you tried to use her wolf figurine. her wolf figurine is *also* hopelessly bugged (also on my list of things to fix) so if you try to summon it *ever*, sime will stutter (again, unstoppably, so again, i hope you have a previous save).
there is a small possibility that if yr using an unpatched (ie you have installed the s_and_h patch) game, that it is sime attempting and failing to talk with dynaheir, but it is most likely 1 or 2. the solution in either case, unfortunately, is going to be 'use a previous save and don't try resurrecting her *and* throw away her figurine).
