Inside Kiser's house, when entering the dungeon (AR5014) to face Kiser and his parties, and to rescue the Countess's son, the game crash to desktop. Same thing when I used the MoveToArea Clua'd function.
I suspected that the area file AR5014 is corrupted. Can replacing this area file resolve the problem ? Can anyone send me this area file, which the file size should be a few KB.

i can't upload .are, .zip or .rar files to this forum guyver, and my BP site is currently suspended for exceeding its bandwidth allocation. when it comes back online, in a few hours time (i hope!), you'll be able to find the file here. in the meantime, can you do me a favour and email me a saved game with this crash in it? i was under the impression that i fixed it in v3 of the s_and_h patch, but maybe i only fixed it on my local install.

I have download the AR5014.are and AR5014.wed to my overrride and try it out. Still CTD. I hope you could verify the problem the game file that I send to you.

Was this remedied? I, too, have tried to enter Kiser's Dungeon and have been unsuccessful. Entering manually or by CLUA causes a CTD. I installed S&H Patch v4 way back when I first installed BP. There were no reported problems during the patch installation. I would like to complete Kiser's quest, but I'm afraid I can't without being able to enter his dungeon.

clearly not - i thought i'd fixed it in v1, to be honest, but neither you nor guyver have been able to get in there (i thought it was fixed cos it worked for me: clearly whatever *else* i changed other than what went into the patch was what mattered). i'll try again with v5 to see if i can fix it

ok, so i've uploaded a possible fix for this crash here (or you can get it via the link in my .sig). the credit is all Horred's: i finally realised that it's only BP and BP-NEJ users who report this, so i looked at the BP-BGT-NEJ 3.13 patch and wadda ya know? there's already what look suspiciously like a fix there... so i nicked the relevant files and bits of .tp2, packaged it into a stand-alone fix, and uploaded it to my site. wahey!
it's a normal weidu mod, so install as any other. let me know if it actually works (it should, it's horred's work, but then i *did* repackage it, so ya never know....

With some Cluas, I merely manage to clear the quest but without killing Kiser and his gang as no way to enter AR5014. Also, already completed the entire game and started a new game. However, I should still have the old save game so I will try again with the fix to see if it is OK (double confirm).
