Ive installed BGT over a clean BG1+TOTSC+BG2+TOB Install (I didnt know about the other mods such as BP at the time), and now ive finished BG1+TOTSC in it.
When i talk to grand duke belt and get shifted to the cutscene, everything is fine - jaheira and khalid appear again (they werent in my group) and everything goes as planned. But when i wake up in the dungeon, irenicus doesnt want to come at all.
Ive waited for 10mins without response .. same thing happens if import the char into a new bg2 game.
All i want atm is to be able to import my char into a bg2 game.
Suggestions ?

The transition has always been the buggest part of the BGT mod. The only recommendation I can give is to keep trying. I am usually successful on the third or fourth attempt.
Tired of Bhaal? Try some classics mods instead:

I reinstalled, and now playing a normal BG2+TOB install - the char was imported fine, tho an item or two vanished (two handed sword +3, mace +2 for example) and i have TWO golden pantaloons.
Hopefully i wont have any messups as a result .. Thanks For Replying tho.
