When I try to insrall CtB game files I get an error message that states "unable to find DIALOG.TLK in: dialog.tlk. I hope someone with more experience with computers than me (which is most people over 5) can help me out.

It means you don't have the correct directory targeted. Aim for the game directory where the dialog.tlk file is located.

Yes, what Hlid said.
Make sure that you install the downloaded .exe to your BGII - SoA directory so that the installed files look like the picture on the website- (Instruction page)- and then run "Setup-CtB***.exe"
