The map is your WORLDMAP.MOS and WORLDMAP.WMP files. It looks like your install goofed up somehow.
Tired of Bhaal? Try some classics mods instead:

It isn't a matter of sending it to you, it is a matter of your game not being installed correctly. It looks like you have the BPBGTMAP.MOS graphic with the Worldmap.WMP of a CtB4BGT-BP game. Therefore, you missed something in your install. This may become a serious problem later in your game (and it may not).
If you have CtB installed and are using the compatibility mod, copy the BPBGTMAP.MOS file from the CtB4BGT-BP folder into your override folder and see if the icons are now aligned with the map.

If he doesn't know what CTB is, he probably doesn't have it installed 
.
Though the problem could be that he installed the CTB/BP compatability mod even though he doesn't have CTB...
