Khadion's weapons will be upgraded in the game ? If yes, it will be an automatic upgrade or they will be improved by the smiths in the game ?

Whether his scimitar will be upgradeble in the game is currently undecided. We'll see, eventually. We've got more important issues to tackle first before we can go on to his weapon.
But if we have an upgradeble weapon, I'd be more inclined to see it be an automatic upgrade. But we'll see about that as well.
