Does it make since my 8th level bard with 18 constitution only has 50 Hp??

Bards get 1D6 hp/level.
Non-fighter classes get a maximum of +2hp/level.

8th level bard with an 18 constitution gives a range of 24 to 64 hp.

50 hp sounds like game-standard to me.

The average roll of 1D6 is 3.5, so 8x1D6 is about 24 on average.
Two hps per level for 8 levels is 16.
The average hps of a bard with a Con of 16 or higher is therefore 40. You're lucky.

a bard-lover should *absolutely* install rogue rebalancing. it won't give you extra HP, but it will give you a store with bard-only items, and greatly improved bard HLAs. it also improves the blade's ability to dual-wield.

The G3Tweaks pack includes a fix that ensures HPs are always rolled to the maximum and all classes get +4 HP with 18 constitution (and not only F/R/P as before).
By lowering the difficulty to Normal you always get perfect HP, moreover
