First off, its good to see Horred back. Its good to see you posting again, even for us lurkers.

Now for my question. I'm starting a new BP-BGT-NEJ game and I am wondering which NPCs can be taken all the way though to TOB. I know I've seen a thread addressing this issue but for some reason after an hour of browsing and searching, I can't find it. If anybody could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Oh, I'm also curious about if the BGT 114 patch fixes have been included in the various s&h patches?

Hmm, it's been so long I can't recall exactly who either... :P

Basically, anyone who doesn't make an appearance in bg2 can be carried over w/o interruption. I had both Xan and Branwen in my last group. Also, the bg1 characters that make appear in TDD or SoA normally, can be picked up again in BG2. If they were in your last group before the abduction, they will be exactly the way you left them--plus some more XP. I had upgraded their amounts to more closely match the PC's, in my planned next patch for this. Not sure if hlid/seanas did this as well. I gave up on the patch when I discovered they had taken over the job.

They'll have to let you know whether the BGT1.14 content was included or not. I don't know what is in this patch--personally, I had made a lot of fixes to BGT long before this new patch ever existed.

None of us have included the 114 or 115 patches to BGT-BP so far. I think Seanas was hoping I would do it since he patches the BP part of the game. I was looking at this as an up and coming project but I haven't gotten to it yet.

None of the DSotSC NPCs will move to a SOA game. Not because they can't, just because they don't have anything to say. There was never any banters/dialogs or quests for them. I have included them into the script that makes some NPCs leave you before the transition. If someone wants to have one move to SOA, go for it. You can always have them appear in Amn somewhere.

The NPCs in SOBH (Fabio is the only one right now) do not move over to SOA either.

GreyClan and BG1NPC do not include any new NPCs that I have found.

NTotSC has one new NPC, same as DSotSC for now on the transition question.

well, i might have been looking at you SirBB for the 115 fixes :P (but we've probably already fixed most of them, yeah? it's not like BP-BGT is unstable or anything); with 114 fixes, however, as far as i remembered, they were just fixes horred made for BP-BGT that bardez translated back into straight BGT-ese some months afterwards.
