sorry...i no longer consider int 14 to be adequate...sure, you can use items and force valor to boost int to see the special dialogs that require high int...but i personally prefer to boost using level ups to make sure i get them and keep the skill point bonuses...

Heh, I just like to play combat chars more than force users. And I just mostly used my allies' skills in item creation anyway (except treat injury and repair).

true...i am considering another go thru with a sentinel weapon master/marauder...
with fairly low int...14...
really, having high computers, repair, awareness, persuade i consider essential for seeing special dialogs, getting the special cutscenes for t3, getting extra dialogs with kreia, and generally making the game more enjoyable...
and after seeing my consular weapon master hit for 240 points of damage in a single hit with my uber lightsabre combo, and 170 with twin mandalorian disintegrators, i don't need more combat ability...
in fact, i am considering a balanced range AND melee fighter, with 18 str and dex...
but i can tell you, its nice maxing out ALL skills to 30's...allows you to upgrade weapons any time, anywhere...very nice...

I seem to find INT 14 to be quite good with my char (pure force user by the way)
(got the game last fri
)
I have all skills (none class) at 5 and it seems to be enough and class skills at (apart from peusade which is 23 or something like that) at 10-15
Edit (corretction Got it on sunday, days are blurring together
)

I apparently have a high level of empathy, combined with a low level of sympathy... weird

as mentioned, you unlock dialog with high aware, repair, computer skills...in fact all skills will unlock dialog...having good stats in all of them will make the game richer and more fun...
