I would still love to see Fall From Grace and Annah from PST 'ported' into BG2. Still looking to get my own copies of PST, with no luck. From what I have been told, they are both great NPCs and the FFG romance is supposedly the best one Bioware has ever made. If anyone will champion this one, I will do what I can to help naturally. I may not be able to code, but I can come up with a crappy banter or two, and I am good at offering snarky opinions on things.

This has been done various times by PST fanboys. Among other things it looks a bit silly because of scale issues (which are easily correctable) and angle issues (not so easily fixable.) Unless you just mean the characters and not the animations, in which case you get a different branch of PST fanboys, the "PST is a glorious whole" people, burning crosses on your lawn.

Bioware didn't write PST, Black Isle did.

Thank you for the corrections. They are noted.

As for the port, I could care less about the PST animations. As pretty as they are, if they make the graphics inconsistant in BG2, we don't need them IMO.

I would just like to see the characters themselves in the game, as well as their romance.

I want them in BG2 as well but my main fear is in the writing. FFG and Annah are going to be tough to write., even for someone with experience. A lot of PS:T fans are sure to complain about even the slightest screw up for etiehr character.

Regardless of that, I'd still love to see them done for BG2 with their personalities as close to the originals as possible.

There's also the rather substantial story problem of "What are they DOING there in the first place?"

However, all is not lost. There's a very plausible Annah/BG2 crossover outlined in the world-famous Alassa's Big Night On the Town.

That story gave me a giggle-fit.

Just so you know I do have Alassa installed on my game.

I'm just sayin...

I have no idea what FFG is. I am talking about Planescape Torment. Annah and Fall From Grace are both characters in that game.

FFG does not have a romance. :P

Even with Annah you don't get much of a "romance".

Easy way to stick into BG2 plotwise: Take an extra trip with the Planar Sphere, or just stick Annah, FFG and/or Dak'kon in the Sphere and claim they got trapped there when they were finished with helping TNO.

Actually, you could stick them anywhere...just claim they got spat out of TFoRegrets, and that they ended up there...as long as u have them initially confused that gets you out of everything :)

Hmm....i'd like to do an Annah conversion..but I think i need some modding practise first.....but thats a def maybe :)

Right. Well, don't forget--Alassa's got dibs on the punch daggers.

I think the 'romances' in PsT showed better character development than the 'romances' in BG2.

Hmmm....more character development? Well, certainly it felt more like a realistic relationship....not all of it was smooth, and you couldn't work Annah out...which seems more realistic than a game in which many of the female characters fall in love with you fairly quickly, as long as you are even semi-nice to them....Its kinda the difference between being loved for who you are, and being loved despite who you are......
