Mistake in INTERJECT_COPY_TRANS tutorial

I made a mistake in the INTERJECT_COPY_TRANS tutorial in the WeiDU README.

== AQUALUNJ IF ~IsValidForPartyDialogue("Aqualung")~ THEN SAY ~Hey,

"SAY" is not used in INTERJECT/INTERJECT_COPY_TRANS/CHAIN3. The example for plain INTERJECT is correct, however.

Oops, sorry about that. I imagine Wes will fix it in the next README.
