Hmmm...... I've been to the second floor of the Copper Coronet, but was not able to find sweet fanny adams, so am not able to continue with Hubelpot's quest.
I did find one room on the second floor that was locked, so maybe she's in there, but it tells me the door is sealed and not able to be picklocked.
Well, I did drop Hubelpot off for awhile, and then picked him up after solving the De'Arnise Hold quest. Maybe dropping him off interrupted his quest.
Does anyone have a hint? Did I overlook something obvious?

Fanny is not in a room, she's supposed to be standing right near Madame Nin. If she's not there, something is definitely wrong with your game.
Try reloading from a previous save, and if it still doesn't work out, send me a copy of your savegame and I'll be happy to take a look for you.

She should be at 1274.465 in the area.
If you still don't find her there, could you check the global "SC#HubPlot" and see what value it has?
The fact that you ditched Hubelpot shouldn't make any difference.

Used the CLUA Console as you suggested to Create Creature "SC#FAN", and it worked great! Fanny popped onto the map where she was supposed to, was able to talk with her, and my quest journal even got updated. Hurray!

Just installed Hubelpot for the first time, and I ran into the same issue. I was able to CLUAConsole her in.
I checked in Shadowkeeper and SC#HubPlot was 2.

How do I add her using console keys? I haven't a clue. And CLUAConsole is enabled and debug mode is enabled also by the way.
