Just to clarify, if I play the morituri kit with BG1 TuTu and then try to play it in BG2 with BP, it IS possible but only if I use the G3 kit remover? I don't want to play all the way through BG1 TuTu and then find out my kit won't work.

While I haven't looked at this kit (never heard of it till now), I don't think it will be a major problem. The bigger question is: will a tutu save game work in BP?

Does it even have to? Couldn't I just import my character into BP after doing TuTu? I'm going to reinstall BG2 and all mods before playing BG2 so there isn't any residual messyness. The kit is really really neat looking, the best I've seen, but actually I can't even get it to install, and it doesn't seem to have a homesite to download it off of. I only found it downloadable off a post icelus made.

Honestly I don't quite understand what BP is, as every description I've found of it is so vague. As far as I can tell it is a combination of several mods to make them compatable. I assumed it's just one download with tons of mods, but when I checked out the download page I got really confused and ran away *_*.

I have looked at the download (can't install because I'm at work) and the backup folder is missing. Create a backup folder under the morituri folder and try again. If it gives you an error again, create under the backup folder three folders named 0, 1 and 2.

If it still doesn't install let us know the error messages you're getting so we can look at it further. Hope you get it installed. And if you want the kit to work with BP you will have to either remove the kits from TDD or if Horred has released BP-WeiDU select to not install them.

The character import of a character from Tutu into BP should work fine.

However, if they're different installs I don't know how the kit will be treated, as they may have different internal numbers. Do you get to re-choose the kit of an imported character when you import them? If so, it should be ok.

I have been able to import characters from tutu into bp before. The one time I did it I was using a stnadard ToB kit though.

Well I beat TuTu already, so I'm going to try to install all the mods I want (which is probably waaay too many) and then see if I can get the morituri mod to install.

By the way, I'm pretty sure you can't rechoose your kit after playing BG TuTu, because it recognizes it as a BG2 character. You could choose kits and new proficiencies by importing characters from the original BG1 because the proficiencies were redone and the kits were a new feature. I plan to use Shadowkeeper to turn my Kensai/Mage/Thief into a Morituri/Mage/Thief if I can get it installed.

Did you rechoose the kit or did it work ok without the option?

Did you have any other custom kits installed, and if so, were they in the same or different order?

Could be useful to know. :) Yes, I know it worked.

Well, I had to create a new character to get the kit because like I thought importing from TuTu doesn't allow you to rechoose your kit. That was my only custom kit I had installed. The weird thing is I went to create a new character today as a Morituri and it was no longer an option. I had to use Near Infinity to alter my character after importing him to make him a Morituri/Mage/Thief. But after I did this it kept crashing when I tried to rest. So I loaded my character before I altered him and played that. He kept crashing too. I finally went back to TuTu because it works =(. I have more mods installed than I can count and they probably are messing each other up. I think a lot of the mods probably conflict because they do different things to the same characters/dialogues.
