I was wondering if anyone could help me...I'm at the old military base and I've already turned on the reactor, unlocked the hangar doors and defeated the tank droid. But when I try to board the shuttle, it says I need the passcodes?

In the same area there is something clearly indicated as "sublevel" entrance but it "cannot be opened at this time"
Is there some switch i missed or is this some "unfinished business" stuff.
Oh, and does that broken HK do anything?
