The 10hp/sec regen sounds like a bug. I don't think the normal werewolf is supposed to have a regen anywhere near this good.

Not for sure.
The lesser form regenerates 1 HP/round, if I'm not mistaken.

Yes, that was exactly what I saw the last time I tested it.

Turned out that the Greater form had a really high regeneration rate, actually (3 HPs/Sec is the setting).
BUT, it's the same setting I found applied in the original CRE (though the effect wasn't applied, being shapeshifting "broken", overall): that is, I didn't invent that value.
Still, it may be a bit too high for SoA, so I lowered it by one point, leaving the full regeneration rate only for shapeshifters who manage to pick Feral Spirit. Similar reasoning for the lesser form.

Overall, I don't think it is much of an issue, anyway. It is maybe the ONLY field where shapeshifters get an edge over the other kinds of druid, and at high levels regeneration is just a better form of healing, imho

I agree.
2hp/sec is good for the Greater form, and that extra 1hp/sec granted by Feral Spirit is reasonable.
