Not really, you can break the rules with NPC's (points to Mazzy, Valygar, and Minsc).

And Aerie (invalid multiclass for her race). And Anomen (invalid dual-class for his stats).

ah, aye, doh- requesting :^^: Howver, I said likely not here as it is still a concept semi-similer to Chrystia, with the modders blessing or not, which I figured would make it a bit of a civil war on the sight. LOL. Well, Civil war is far too strong, but I felt it would be better to go elsewhere.

As for making her a differant class- even though you are right and you can break the rules with an NPC- I can not see her as a bardess or a wizardess. Simply because her concept seems much closer to sorceress than that- a bard picks up a little bit of everything, and at level six is fairly descent in most things. She has had no life experiance other than being tortured and killed by Irenicus- and hence even making her Literate is a bit of a streach. But, a clone of Elliseme- a descendent of the Seldasine- would fit sorcerer well.

There is much I wish to ask people that is not technical help- so does not fit here. Such as flirt Ideas, what they would want in an FAQ, etc- and if anybody would want to be a beta-tester. I had not realized there were more than two or three moding sights for the Infinity/Aurora etc. engine.

Sir K is not only one of the nicest cats around, but he even gave you his blessing earlier.

But, I said last night unless there was intrest I would not step on anybodys toes (Ref: Chrystia) regardless- It is more asking if there is intrest in THAT Idea.

Please do not shelve your ideas on my account - you would not be treading on anyone's toes RE: any apparent similarities with Chrysta (she is my mod NPC), as her concept has moved beyond that of a plain clone.

Since he is the creator of the Chrysta mod and he has no problem with you doing this, anyone else who doe is just being silly/anal.

Besides, iirc Sir K is using a diff person to be his Chrysta clone. Might be interesting to make a party of Johnny experiments; <Charname>, Imoen, Chrysta, your char, Silver Star. Darn an open spot, oh well.

What I would really like to see is if you do create this, for you and Sir K both to sign up for the cross-mod banter pack (or one of you could include it in the mods themselves, I am not picky). I would like to see dialogue for both of these.

It would also be nice if there was a ptach for her to make her compatable with Dungeon Be Gone. Unless of course she has key dialogues in the dungeon.

Well, with DBG (Which I am about to DL- I had it once, then my copy of BG2 went bum. Bought a new copy some months later- after clearing it all- and played Chloe, and have not gotten it since. I have finally gotten fed up with Chatou Irenicus again- so unless I want Chloe in a party, I will use DBG) You would be able to skip the first part of the dungeon, go through it fighting the mephet portals, get her, and go back to jasper... So I see no real need to make it compatable. Who is silver star?

Silverstar is a thief NPC mod that can be found here. It is currently in beta at the moment, but still alot of fun with a great team working on it.

As for Johnny's dungeon, if all else fails I'll just use DbG and ctrl+J to her (unless I might miss key dialgoues by doing this).

There are, curently, no dialouges other than the join planned in the dungeon- but the initial dialouge is fun, to my view, as well. I am not sure what Ctl-J is, as I rairly cheat after creating a character- I WILL sometimes use shadow keeper to create my chars (NG druid, for example, following 3E, not 2E, rules.) I grow tired of the first dungeon at times- but Cassandra SHOULD be worth it (If I dare say so myself). But, I will look into finding a way to patch it in if there is enough intrest. I can understand not wanting to play through Johnnyboy's dungeon again. Of course, you could easily DBG out of it and then CLUA counsel her in- her .chr will likely just be "cassie" or somesuch, but it might cause some problems- I do nto know, she is hardly fully scripted yet. I might put that into the readme when it is written- but that is far down the line.

If you enable the cheat keys, CTRL+J works like a teleport. Moves you instantly to the desired location.
