I don't understand I can't find the merchant, who have to sell Eleana's scroll in gates, and ten days are not finished. What happened ?

You must go there on daytime. I believe Eleana said that (or at least she should have).
Anyway, daylight doesnŽt automatically mean daytime so IŽd suggest you check the game clock. IŽm not sure exactly when the daytime begins but it should be somewhere between 10 - 18. When you go to the City Gates on daytime youŽll find the merchant. He should also be shouting "Scrolls for sale!" or something to make him easier to notice.
