I have no idea, it's a possibility but any mods are. I'll likely only know from beta testers reports so I'll be sure to make note when the time comes.

Once the mod is released, it can always be signed up for the crossmod romance conflicts (I'm not sure if Mirrabbo's Imoen is or not, but its likely)

Can you give just a tiny bit of tolerance with Mazzy able to romance Humans 
?
