Just got the game yesterday (from an everything for a dollar store, go me) after having looked for it for years. It is the two disk version, so I did not use the offical patch. I DLed the unoffical fixpack, as well as the three part one (I forget what it was called, not at home to check) and installed them in that order. I also added the short mission that was dumped, the two item pack, the armor pack, and leprechan Anna (in that order).

I went though the Dustmen's lab, talked to the ghost, got morte, got sewed by the teiefling, etc.. gave the key, got disguised as a zombie... then went though the portal to a room that is a dead end (the one with the two unused braizers). Now, I did not get to talk much to the dustman on the third floor, I think the alarm had gone off. I did use the book to destroy all the skeletons though.

Kinda stuck, any advice? I thought I would post this now, so I can try to play when I get home. Been dying to play this one, so any help welcome, even if it is enabling cheats and a move to area. (just let me know how to activate the cheats). If I need to start over, not afraid to do that too.

Your post is blurry, but if you are still in the same building. There is a portal to get out of it or you can talk to a dustman near the door, if you are in mummy disguise.

Still modding the Mod for the Wicked... It is a big project you know... And I got sidetracked (several times) a bit... sorry.
However, as we all know, Evil never really sleeps.

Ach, get used to it. Thats one of the bad points about PS:T...area transitions are often hid in shadows / inobvious / hidden.....Just be sure to check the map...the notes may give you some idea...

You missed the door because the gamma correction in Planescape makes the area very dark. I stopped playing this game for that reason (No time for pixel-hunting, and didn't have TAB key-use like Baldur's Gate 2)

I think it's alt in Torment, I do know that the function is there
I apparently have a high level of empathy, combined with a low level of sympathy... weird

I don't think it is actually. Otherwise that would make the whole 'find the treasure' in the buried village far less hard than it already is. ITs alt in IWD

There is no key that highlights things in PST.
Home of Kitanya, Improved Asylum, more...

It makes the game as pathetic as Doom 3 without the mods.(For the tedium, NOT the story)
Do the juggling -> Weapon, flashlight. Flashlight, weapon.
(Thankfully added a headlamp in Resurrection of Evil)

We aren't discussing Doom 3 here ;).
Even without the tab feature, "tedious" is hardly how I would describe PST :P.

Absolutely fricking brilliant, with one of the most immerisve storylines, no scrap that, THE most immerive storyline of any game EVER is nearer the mark.
