Why is the castle deserted?

When you acquire the keep, you'd probably expect there to be people in it. But, apart from about 5 random bods, there aren't.

Would it be horribly complicated to put in some generic characters to make the place seem more alive? Guards patrolling, perhaps a few peasants wandering about. They don't even need to be that talkative. As it is, I always think the deathly silence means that I will get ambushed.

i wouldn't think peasants would randomly wander keeps, but guards, that is more likely... you could either code, or you could use a tool such as dltcep...

This mod is currently under construction, so not much help there...yet.

My plans call for creating new events in the Keep, in part to tie in with the romance, but the focus isn't on boosting the "realism" of the Keep itself.
