Feature Request: .TLK compare

Request: WeiDU feature to compare DialogA.tlk and DialogB.tlk, and spit out a list of STRING_SETs to turn DialogB.tlk into DialogA.tlk for all string values in common.

Purpose: For Japheth's .d/.tp2 Baldurdash Remix, so he can include their spelling/grammatical changes without redistributing their big .tlk file all over again.

Extra purpose: Devising new uses for the only command in the program that admonishes "// do not use this!" :)
